Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be exactly what I wanted with clean and basic rooms, conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. The service was exceptional despite the busy season. The location was excellent for accessing the town center and ski resorts, making it very convenient for all activities. However, the dining options were limited and a bit pricey for what was offered.
When we arrived, the rooms were clean, and the beds were good, but some areas were dated and smelled like a mix of cologne and cigarettes. The hotel staff, especially Mike, provided exceptional service, although some members were a bit rude. The location was ideal for accessing bus routes to the ski slopes and outlet center, with a warm and inviting ambiance. The dining experience was chaotic and understaffed, but the original dishes were well-prepared. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout positives and a few drawbacks.
The hotel offers well-decorated and outfitted rooms, although housekeeping could be more thorough. The convenience of separate shower and toilet from the sink adds a nice touch. However, the location requires a lengthy walk from the elevator or stairway.
